The goal is not to cover every possible technology role on day one, but to ensure that every Instant Match category has enough validated talent inventory to provide a strong marketplace experience.
Tier 1 — Instant Match (Phase 1)
These are the profiles that will be actively stocked, validated, and available for immediate discovery and interview scheduling.
Target inventory:
- Minimum: 5 validated talents per category
- Preferred: 10 validated talents per category
