  • Product MVP Delivery Tracker governs execution.
  • Jira mirrors execution.

This document does not create new product strategy, expand MVP scope, or replace approved source documents.

Executive Product Dashboard

Executive Assessment

TalentQuote MVP execution is moving from source consolidation into launch governance. The current product spine is clear: talent intake, validation, approved reusable profiles, client browsing, legal gate, interviews, SOW, payment, and activation.

The tracker is close to becoming the execution source of truth, but it is not v1.0-ready yet. The biggest blockers are unresolved MVP/Phase conflicts, missing QA owners, missing QA evidence, malformed backlog rows, and unclear decisions around Instant Match, video tooling, invoice automation, and psychometrics.

MVP Readiness

AreaStatusRationale
Browse TalentCompleteSCRUM-38 is marked Done, but still needs QA evidence before v1.0.
Candidate ProfilesPartialCV/profile parsing, candidate tracking, videos, approval, and TalentScore storage remain mixed Not Started / Needs Review / Partially Done.
Talent IntakeNeeds ReviewSCRUM-70 is malformed and must be repaired before Jira import.
Recruiter OperationsPartialActive roles and candidate tracker exist as MVP items, but several recruiter ops stories lack owners or validation.
InterviewsPartialSCRUM-54 is Partially Done and missing webhook/account behavior.
MSANeeds ReviewMSA stories are MVP-critical but still require data update, alert, and QA validation.
SOWPartialSCRUM-58 is Partially Done and has alert/storage gaps.
PaymentsPartialStripe payment is partially done; invoice automation should not block MVP if manual/semi-manual process is approved.
Instant MatchNeeds ReviewStrategically central, but SCRUM-165 is marked FASE 1 / conflict. Minimal Instant Match list should be MVP-critical.
AI VideosPartialSCRUM-115 is Partially Done; tooling and voice gap remain.
OnboardingNeeds ReviewFull dashboard is deferred; MVP needs minimal activation/onboarding status.

MVP Launch Baseline

Launch-critical means the story is required to make the core TalentQuote MVP work end-to-end. It excludes Phase 2, advanced reporting, agency features, polished dashboards, advanced AI learning, and nice-to-have UI.

Launch baseline interpretation:

  • SCRUM-165 should be treated as MVP-critical at minimum viable level because Instant Match is central to the current product reality.
  • SCRUM-62 full onboarding dashboard is not launch-critical, but minimal activation/onboarding status must exist through the launch flow.
  • SCRUM-125 invoice automation is not launch-critical if a manual or semi-manual invoice process is explicitly approved.

MVP Scope Decisions

StoryCurrent LabelsConflictRecommendation
SCRUM-41FASE 1 / MVP / MVPMotion is labeled MVP in ordered source but FASE 1 in Triana.Move to Phase 1 unless required for core trust confirmation.
SCRUM-49MVP with FASE 1 psychometric gapsProfile video appears MVP, advanced psychometrics are incomplete.Keep basic video/profile media in MVP; move advanced psychometric display to Phase 1.
SCRUM-54MVP / Phase 1Interview booking is MVP-critical but missing webhook/account work.Keep in MVP; reduce launch scope to working booking + status update.
SCRUM-62FASE 2 / MVP Phase 1 / Phase 1Onboarding dashboard appears deferred but activation needs status visibility.Move full dashboard to Phase 1/2; keep minimal onboarding status in MVP.
SCRUM-70Malformed / MVP-Phase 1Triana row is shifted and includes SCRUM-71/SCRUM-72 data.Repair and split before Jira.
SCRUM-72FASE 1 / MVP / Phase 1Candidate AI interview has web/WhatsApp and psychometric scope mixed.Split; only launch-critical candidate validation stays in MVP.
SCRUM-78FASE 1 / MVP / Phase 1Psychometric score is not clean MVP execution.Move advanced candidate-facing score to Phase 1; keep internal basic signal if needed.
SCRUM-86FASE 2 / MVP / MVPAI interview from Airtable depends on psychometrics/TestGorilla decisions.Move out of MVP.
SCRUM-91FASE 1 / MVP / Phase 1Recruiter alerts are too broad and need splitting.Keep only essential operational alerts in MVP if required.
SCRUM-104FASE 1 / MVP / MVPSLA logs/dashboard story is too broad.Split; keep basic SLA accountability, defer dashboard/log sophistication.
SCRUM-115MVP / MVP Phase 1 / Phase 1Video generation is MVP-relevant but tooling/voice are unresolved.Keep basic approved AI video in MVP; resolve HeyGen/Synthesia decision.
SCRUM-117FASE 2 / MVP Phase 1 / Phase 1Feedback clustering is advanced AI learning.Move to Future Scope.
SCRUM-119FASE 2 / MVP / Phase 1Recommendation intelligence/redeployment logic is future-facing.Move to Future Scope.
SCRUM-125FASE 1 / MVP / MVPInvoice automation conflicts with manual/semi-manual reality.Move automation to Phase 1; approve manual launch process.
SCRUM-165FASE 1 / MVP / Phase 1Instant Match is central but tracker marks it FASE 1.Keep minimal Instant Match available-talent list in MVP.

Most stories still require explicit Engineering Owner and QA Owner assignment. Current known engineering owners are preserved where visible: Ricardo Mateo / Samu, Omar Bautista Baigorri, Ricardo, Marcos Laurens, Jan Leone Ramirez Martinez, Jorge Alejandoro Estrella, and Luis Robledo.

Require Acceptance Clarification

  • SCRUM-70: source row malformed.

Historical Data Quality Findings

These findings came from the v0.2 workbook comparison and are preserved for audit only. They should not dominate daily execution tracking.

  • Ordered import duplicate keys: SCRUM-93, SCRUM-94, SCRUM-120.
  • Triana backlog had no duplicate issue keys.
  • SCRUM-70 row is malformed and contains shifted SCRUM-71 / SCRUM-72 data.
  • SCRUM-166 is missing story data.
  • Triana workbook had #VALUE! artifacts near the top of EPICA, PRODUCT BACKLOG, TASK, and ROAD MAP.
  • Hoja1 appears unrelated to TalentQuote and references Para el Antojo Home work.
  • TASK and ROAD MAP sheets were incomplete and should not govern execution timing yet.
  • Missing ownership and QA ownership remain the largest operational data gap.

Tracker Promotion Recommendation

Recommendation: Yes with Minor Revisions.

v0.3 can become TalentQuote_Product_MVP_Delivery_Tracker_v1.0 after the following minor but important revisions:

  • Repair or remove SCRUM-70 and SCRUM-166.
  • Confirm the MVP treatment of SCRUM-165 Instant Match available-talent list.
  • Assign Engineering Owner and QA Owner for launch-critical stories.
  • Add actual QA evidence for stories marked Done or Partially Done.
  • Confirm manual vs automated invoice handling for launch.
  • Decide HeyGen vs Synthesia language and tooling for AI videos.
  • Move Future Scope items out of active MVP sprint views.

Once those are done, v1.0 can be approved as the official Product Execution Source of Truth and Jira should mirror it.
